Case Studies

In this section, you will find case studies of innovative practice from colleges and universities across Scotland. These case studies are designed to share this practice and to inspire reflection upon what we can do within and beyond our own institutions to enhance the experience, equality and inclusion of trans and gender diverse applicants, students and staff.

These case studies were gathered as part of the TransEdu Scotland research, and further case studies will be developed on a regular basis. If you have been involved in an initiative, project or event with a UK FE or HE institution that you think would make a good case study, please e-mail Matson at trans.edu@strath.ac.uk . We're particularly keen to hear about examples of developing practice in human resources, learning and teaching, the professions and placements, and partnership working and knowledge exchange.
